Bison Tongue

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Directions:
Place 1 bison tongue in cooking pot and cover with water. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer until tender. May be served hot or sliced cold for sandwiches or as a finger food.

Ingredients:
1 Bison Tongue (average 3 lbs)
Water
1 tbsp. Pickling spices
2 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
1 Medium onion
Salt and Pepper as desired
