Black Forest Buffalo Meatloaf

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Directions:
Mix ingredients thoroughly. Shape into loaf and place in greased baking pan. Add one inch of water on each side of loaf. Cover with plastic wrap, then aluminum foil. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for about 2 hours.

Topping:
Mix together and warm. Pour on top of cooked meatloaf just before serving.

Ingredients:
5 lbs Buffalo Burger
6 Eggs
4 C Bread Crumbs
1 C Barbeque Sauce
2 Med. Green Peppers
1 Lg. Onion (finely chopped)
1 1/2 T Salt
1 T Pepper

Topping:
2 C Ketchup
1/3 C Brown Sugar
¼ C Barbeque Sauce
