Broiled Buffalo Marrow Bones

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Directions:
Broil the bones face down on a baking sheet for 6 minutes on the top rack of the oven, then turn them marrow side up and broil for another 4-5 minutes. The marrow should be golden brown but not completely liquefied. Dust with salt and pepper and transfer to a serving plate.
