Cheese Stuffed Bison Burgers

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Directions:
Taking one portion of bison at a time form a patty in the palm or your hand. Put 1 1/2 T of your favorite cheese in the center of the patty and form bison around the cheese to make a patty. Grill or pan fry medium rare.

Ingredients:
1 Pound ground bison divided into 4 equal portions
Salt and Pepper to taste
6 T (1 1/2 T per burger) of your favorite cheese (Try Blue, Gorgonzola, Smoked gouda or cheddar)
