Smothered Bison in Crock Pot

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Directions:
Slice Bison Sirloin Steak into strips (or cut into 1 inch cubes). Combine flour, salt and pepper in crock pot. Add Bison and stir well to coat steak. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then low for 7-8 hours more. Serve with rice.

Ingredients:
1-1/2 lbs Bison Sirloin Tip Steak
2 T Flour
1/2 t Pepper
1 t Salt
1 C Mushrooms
1 C Green Beans
1 or 2 Bell Peppers – Sliced
1 lb Tomatoes – Diced
I Large Onion – Sliced
2 t Molasses
2 t Soy Sauce
