Smothered Roast in Crock Pot

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Directions:
Place bison strips, flour, salt and pepper in crock pot. Stir well to coat steak. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then low for 7-8 hours. Serve with rice.

Ingredients:
1 1/4 Bison round steak cut into strips
1 C Mushrooms
1 C Green beans
1 Large onion sliced
1 or 2 Green peppers sliced
1 lb Tomatoes (diced)
1 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
2 t Molasses
3 t Soy sauce

Serves: 2-4
