I had enough ribs to feed 7 people from 2 packages. They turn out WONDERFUL! Everyone raved about them. I used your recipe sheet. I fixed them at 200 degrees for 6 hours tightly wrapped in aluminum foil…They were worth every penny.

I just served your Bison Sausages and Jerky to the Germans who I am exhibiting with. We had about 40 people there…and they all commented on the fabulous flavor. Said it was the best they’d had in the states! So, congratulations!!

I was in there today and bought some jerky for a two day hike up Pikes Peak. Tasting your Gunsmoke jerky was the closest thing to the fabulous jerky my Indian friend would get from his grandfather…it’s great to know that when I go back to Florida in a few days I can come to your website and order lots more! I’ll tell everyone about you guys. The lady working in the store was super nice too. Thanks for being there.

Thanks Peter!! I will have to come by the store to check out your new stuff when I get back. I wont be enjoying any Brats this summer because I am deployed to Iraq. However, when I am back in the springs, I am a frequenter of your great bison jerky and ground bison. Gunsmoke is the best!! Keep em comin!
