Directions:
Wash tongue. Place on rack in cooker. Add water and other ingredients. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 45 min. with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Let pressure drop on its own. Remove skin and strain liquid. Keep tounge in liquid until ready to serve.

*Best if left to sit out for 1 hour.

Ingredients:
3lb.- Fresh Tounge
2 cups- Water
1 TBL- Salt
2- Bay Leaves
6- Peppercorns
6- Cloves
1- Onion (quartered)
