Savory Black Forest Bison Meatballs

In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients. Mix until well blended. Form into 24 meatballs about the size of a large walnut. Place meatball on pan. Roast in preheated 400 F oven for 10 minutes. Make a double batch and freeze the rest, uncooked, for surprise guests!!

1 lb ground Black Forest Bison
1/3 C finely chopped red onion
1 egg, beaten
1/2 C finely chopped mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t salt
1 t ground black pepper
1 t Italian seasoning

Serves: 24 Meatballs
Difficulty: Easy
Serving Suggestion: Serve with ranch dressing or spicy mustard for dipping
