Spicy Bison Lettuce Wraps

Heat oil over medium high heat in large non-stick skillit. Saute onion until done (translucent). Add bison meat and brown. Add veggies, teriyaki sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce & garlic. Increase heat to high and cook until veggies are done (about 5 minutes). Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves and sprinkle with spicy peanut sauce (to taste). Roll lettuce leaf around meat and enjoy.

2- tablespoons peanut oil
1- pound ground bison
1-16 oz. bag frozen stir fry vegetables
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1- tablespoon hot chili sauce
2-tablespoons light soy sauce
2- cloves of garlic, chopped
1- small onion, minced
1- large head of iceberg or bib lettuce, separate leaves
spicy peanut sauce
