Sweet Pepper Stew Meat

Combine all ingredients, place meat in Ziploc with marinade, put in refrigerator and marinate for 2 to 3 hours. Remove bison roast from marinade. Reserve marinade for sauce. Lightly coat fry pan with cooking spray and saute over medium heat until Bison is medium rare. Remove bison from pan and heat the rest of the marinade until thickened and then add the bison immediately just to heat and then spoon over rice or your favorite pasta. Salt and Pepper to taste.

2 lbs Bison Stew Meat
1 Bottle of Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
(Safeway Select Sweet Pepper & Garlic Vinaigrette)
1 t Baking Soda (Baking Soda is a natural tenderizer)
