Tequila – Avocado Bison Burger

Combine chili powder, salt and bison. Divide into 3 burgers. Place salsa on top of cooked burgers. Grill to medium. Sliced rolls may be grilled, cut side down for 1 minutes if desired.

Tequila Spiked Salsa:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, tossing gently.
Yields 3 cups

1 lb BFB ground bison
1 t chipotle chili powder
1/2 t sea salt

Tequila Spiked Salsa:
2 c chopped seeded tomato
1 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped cilantro
1/2 c chopped peeled avocado
2 T fresh lime juice
2 t tequila
1/2 t kosher salt
2 garlic gloves, minced
