Wild Bill’s Famous Red Wine Bison Pot Roast

Salt and pepper bison pot roast. Brown roast in olive oil. Place browned pot roast in crock pot along with the rest of ingredients. Cook on low for 10 hours or until fork tender. NOTE: Add your favorite veggies approximately 8 hours into the cooking time for a perfect one pot meal.

Oven Cooking: Wrap roast tightly in foil and cook at 200 degrees for 6-8 hours until tender.

3 lb BFB Bison Pot Roast
1 T olive oil
4 whole cloves garlic – peeled
1 whole shallot coarsely chopped
1 T Rosemary leaves
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup Cabernet Sauvignon
